• Comply with Judging Hub's community guidelines and standards

When submitting entries to events on our platform, you:

• Represent that you have the right to submit the content
• Grant event organizers the right to review and evaluate your submission
• Agree that your submission may be displayed publicly if specified by the event
• Understand that decisions made by judges and organizers are final
• Will not submit content that violates intellectual property rights
• Accept responsibility for the content of your submissions

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Judging Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you submit content to our Services, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

Certain features of our Services may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
